Great instructors that not only care about how the students develop martial arts skills, but also how they develop their life skills. We drive past a lot of other schools to get there, but it is definitely worth it. Everyone is like family."

A Trail Blazing School

Our Mission

Our school is dedicated to helping students get the most out of their lives with a focus on good health, smart decision making, and the mental awareness and physical skills to recognize, avoid, and defend against threats from an attacker, a bad influence, or situation.

Our Values

The word “integrity” is thrown around a lot in the martial arts and in most areas of life. To us, integrity means more than honesty. It means being whole as opposed to duplicitously changing values and identities depending on the situation.
